He also provides great training advice, he tailored workouts to my needs and abilities to carefully manage previous injuries. He is easy-going and fun to train with, to ensure I meet my goals for health and physical well-being. Thomas is great at designing a program to help you achieve your personal goals. He encourages you to complete every set and get the most out of your workout. I personally started training with Thomas after having my second child as I needed help to get the body back to play competitive sport.
I look forward to bootcamp every week! It is a fun, inclusive group of participants with a quality program run by Thomas. No need to worry if you have a niggling injury or injuries as Thomas will always have an alternative option to give you for any certain exercise. Would recommend for anyone wanting to get fit whilst having fun.
