FAQs

Here are some of the most frequently asked questions I’ve received regarding outdoor training and my services.

  • What sets you apart from other trainers in your area?
As somebody who has spent close to seven years in this industry, I understand the importance of drawing the line between pushing clients to their limit and being aware of how much they can perform on a session by session basis. My sessions are designed to challenge you and most importantly, be a fun, exciting take on exercise whilst using the beautiful Cronulla area as your workout backdrop.
  • Do I need a gym membership to access your services?
No, you do not. My outdoor services are open to anybody, and are designed to easily accomodate any existing exercise or gym regimes you may be currently working on. My sessions will compliment your performance and reach your goals.
  • Where do your sessions take place?
Bootcamp sessions will take place in the local Cronulla area, predominantly Shelly Park. Gunamatta Park and Oak Park are also frequently visited locations, and in the Spring/Summer, there are beach and sand dune sessions available also. One-on-one sessions are more flexible - while I mostly operate out of Shelly Park, if there is a location closer to you i'm happy to accommodate requests (within reason).
  • What happens in the case of wet weather?
In the case of poor weather conditions, clients will have access to either undercover sections of one of the local parks, or immediate access to my private garage setup. I will be in contact the day of the session if a wet weather location change is required.
  • What type of equipment do you use within sessions?
A vast array of freestyle equipment, including the likes of bands, kettlebells, battle ropes, slam balls and free weights. Boxing is also on offer (however you must supply your own gloves - focus pads are provided).
  • What payment methods do you accept?
Cash Bank Transfer Direct Debit All payment methods must be made prior to the session commencing as per my policies.
  • What is your cancellation policy?
I have a fairly flexible cancellation policy - as long as advanced notice (preferably at least the day before) is provided, I will be happy to move your session to a time that best suits you. Sometimes last minute emergencies transpire and I will do my best to accomodate unforeseen circumstances, but I will only enforce the cancellation policy if little to no notice with no consideration is given. *Bootcamp sessions are non-refundable as packages are paid in full.
  • Do you offer corporate packages?
Corporate packages are available and based on the discretion of the client. Please note that a confirmed minimum number of participants are required in order for these packages to transpire.
  • How many times a week should I train?
That depends on your fitness levels and can be discussed on a case by case basis during the initial consultation. However, most people should aim to train anywhere between 3-6 times a week. Some training regimes will require more sessions than others but its important to make sure that you also get adequate amounts of rest. Whether you do three sessions a week or six; as long as you are consistent and look after your well-being, you will see results regardless.
