about me
I attained my Certificates 3 and 4 in Fitness from the Australian Institute of Fitness over 8 years ago, and it has been one exciting rollercoaster ever since.
Where I started
I started my journey as a trainer working for three years at Fitness First, where I was fortunate enough to not only learn at the hands of some amazing mentor personal trainers, but also develop and nurture an amazing, loyal brand of clients which I can proudly say are still with me today.

It was a pivotal and defining opportunity for me to help them work towards such a variety of goals, such as re-building a fit body post-pregnancy and returning to represent their state in sport, building up strength and stamina to keep up with the kids, building a physique that fits amazing in a wedding dress, gain strength, size and power for a sport of choice or simply for a much needed push in older age. They all know what health and fitness means to me, just as I know what theirs means to them with their wide variety of backgrounds, training styles and preferences.

Having grown up spending time in gyms working on myself like a personal investment of health, and plenty of years out on the sporting fields reflects strongly in the work and dedication I put into my outdoor business now. I also believe that working for a social, team-based model such as F45 has reinforced my philosophies now, more than ever, the importance of being able to build athletic, functional physiques whilst having a great time meeting new people who share a passion for their health and fitness.

This is why the most important thing for me is to make sure everybody has fun on their health and fitness journeys, whilst keeping them accountable by making sure they are kicking over personal goals with both ease and satisfaction. As a trainer, I find nothing more rewarding than seeing my clients having a great workout and flourishing as I do everything possible to help them get to that goal, whatever it may be.
