With over 10 years experience in the fitness industry my mission is to make getting fit - FUN.

I grew up in gyms and out on the sports field, so socialising, exercising and building a better overall quality of life has always been important to me. Working with people who care about their health and fitness goals just as much as I do is something I take great pride in.
Getting to do it outside and watching my clients having fun while they chase their goals is what I'm all about.

My sessions are built around a fine balance of what your body needs, and what you want for yourself. The benefit of combining both is giving you a much more satisfying journey towards your goals.
DON'T OVERDO IT
You'd be surprised what you can accomplish when pushed in 30-45 minutes. Short, sharp and sweet to keep the busy folk moving and to keep everybody else on their toes whilst busting through fitness plateaus.
HAVE FUN
Who says working with a PT isn't fun? These sessions will aim to be as engaging as they are challenging. This makes it easier to sustain motivation while completing the steps towards key milestones and your fitness journey.
